Missing Pix & Mys Pix Answers

Gomen (Sorry) gang but now I can finally get around to giving out the answers to those pesky 'Mystery Pix of the Posts' queries. I'll do that first and then I'll post those 'missing' pix from my earlier blog posts. That was before I learned how to post pix here. Still dunno how to attach video feeds yet. Gimme time tomos all. I'll figure it out. I just joined VEOH so at least now I know where to find videos. They even have the elusive 'Kakurenbo' (Hide and Seek) for DL.

Another great source for CN's Adult Swim animes (Ugh! And cartoonies!) is www.adultswim.com/videos and for HellGirl and Witchblade www.IFC.com/videos

www.bleachanime.org/videos has every single subbed/dubbed video episode for Bleach the anime series up to the current ones which are in the 4 or 5 hundreds!

The InuYasha shrine at www.furinkan.com/inuyasha/videos is a great video source for IY episodes, eppy synopses, characters and voices' information, weapons, locales, etc. for this fine series.

Enough of this. I promised answers to mys pix and here they are sorted by date of post beginning in February 2009. December 2008 and January 2009 are the ones with missing pix:

8 Feb 09: My brother's fave anime dude is Vash the Stampede of Trigun. The planet is of course Gunsmoke.

11 Feb 09: Everybody's fave superhero when they were kids was Astro Boy!

16 Feb 09 (Ch 32): The NOIR of Les Soldats quartet are Mireille Bouquet (Blonde), Kirika (Kira) Yuumura (In front- dark hair with a gun), Chloe (Redhead with throwing 'kanai' daggers and Altena (tall shadowy figure in background). NOIR is the 'killing arm' of 'Les Soldats' (The Soldiers) an ancient secret society who firmly believe that some people must die to protect world order and keep Terra from chaos and destruction. Although the Angels are destructive and deadly the 3WA ain't in the same league as NOIR where two females are chosen before birth to be trained as assassins and to begin killing assignments at the age of 2 or 3. Kira killed the Bouquet family when she was 3! The Angels didn't even graduate from the Academy until they were 14 and by that age schoolkid Kira had already joined up with her 'soulmate' Mireille who being older made her living as a contract killer and took Kira under her wing not knowing that Kira already knew how to kill and could teach her a thing or two!

16 Feb 09 (Ch 33): That grinning corpse is Alucard of Hellsing. His name is Dracula in reverse or backwards. He is a vampire and fiercely devoted to the van Helsing family especially Sir Integra Winifred van Helsing whom he protects and serves. 'Police Girl' is Seras Victoria the cop whom Al was forced to kill to destroy an evil vampire. He gave Vicky the 'kiss of the undead' to revive her as his acolyte. She calls him her 'Master' even when he tells the girl they should really be closer than that!

18 Feb 09: Brock, Ash and Dawn, the trainers and wannabe breeder (Brock) from Pokemon. Pikkachuu (Ash's golden Pokemon) and their other Pokemon 'warriors' surround them.

20 Feb 09: Nicholas D Wolfwood whose middle name is long and unpronounceable. He is both a preacher and one of the infamous 'Gung Ho Gunmen'. That 'cross' is a carrier for handguns, rifles, shotguns and grenades. The long arm acts like a Mark XX does for the Angels- a bazooka! The series is Trigun and he is Vash the Stampede's best friend. Jeff Nimoy, nephew of Leonard Nimoy of Mr Spock Star Trek fame voices Nick excellently well. He also voices the 'ring announcer' on DragonBall. He has done parts in Pokemon but more in Digimon, the Pokemon spinoff.

21 Feb 09: Sorry but since this pix was just posted today 1 March 09 and the PC got the dates mixed I cannot really give you this answer yet. Hint- Check the message boards at anime-a-holics over at eons.com

25 Feb 09: That blonde teen (He's 13) is Julian from DP Flash/Act III/Ep 4 (#15 overall) 'My Lovely Boy in Rose'. The third is the 'Colours' act with either a 'colour' or the word itself incorporated into each title. For the Flash Angels and ODP Nozmo has a great episode guide while for the original Originals try Wim.

The premise is pretty idiotic. Julian is obsessed with 17 year old tro con Yuri. (Big deal, who ain't eh?) However, this kid collects figurines, dolls and everything Yuri-esque he can find! Then he builds a robotic Yuri and a life sized 'dollhouse' for her! Then Kei meets 'Yuri' in the park and when 'Yuri' ignores her she decks her one! Yuri would just hit back but 'Yuri' walked 'home' and fell apart! Kid's gramps is my inspiration for the self proclaimed 'God almighty' of the 'UG' and the 3WA- Vittorio Francisco Xavier 'Uncle Vito' Galadriel! His loot keeps the 3WA solvent and he insists Yuri pose for Julian so he can rebuild his 'Yuri'! This one really was Kei's fault! The kid adores Yuri but when our Yuri makes a play for the rich boy he panics. Yuri discovers he loves the Yuri 'image' not her and goes ballistic. Especially after she moves into the kawaii 'Yuri House' and finds no food in the kitchen nor a toilet in the whole place! 'My lovely Yuri adores her slender figure too much to eat and my lovely Yuri never needs to use such a disgusting thing as a toilet.' says the kid so Yuri calls in the dipstick for food and to stand lookout while she uses the manse's toilet! Then Yuri decides to marry Julian and all jigoku breaks loose!

26 Feb 09: Meet Ryuuk the grinning Shinigami death god from Death Note. Does he not look like Heath Ledger's 'Joker' from 'Dark Knight'? Ably voiced in the anime series and dubbed into the film version of DN is Brian Drummond. Better known to filmgoers as the crazy psychopathic serial killer trucker in the 'Joyride' films he is better known to anime freaks as Kyakotsu, Renkotsu and Ginkotsu (Risen Band of 7), Juromaru and Kagaromaru. All these roles are from InuYasha. This Ryuuk pix is cool but not the one I wanted. I wanted one with him holding the Shinigami addiction in his claws or talons- an apple! Whoops, I just found one:
